Delete your account

You can delete your Bhabhi Thulla account and the game data that goes with it at any time, from inside the game or by email.

In the game

1. Open Bhabhi Thulla while connected to the internet.
2. On the main menu, tap the Settings button (the gear, top right).
3. Next to Account, tap Delete account.
4. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away. The game then starts you again as a new guest.

By email

If you no longer have the game, email [email protected] with the subject Delete my Bhabhi Thulla account. Include your player name as it appears on your profile (for example, Name#1234), and, if you signed in with Play Games, your Play Games name.

We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your profile: player name and tag, avatar and other looks, level, XP and badges
• Your coins, the history of coins earned and spent, and the shop items you own
• Your stats and match history
• Your daily reward streak, daily tasks and event progress
• Your friends, friend requests and blocked players, and you are removed from other players’ friends lists
• Your online status and any invites waiting for you
• The notification tokens used for streak reminders and invites
• Your sign-in account for the game

What is kept, and for how long

• Match records kept on our server to check results are fair are deleted automatically within 60 days of the match.
• Room chat is stored with the game room and deleted when the room closes, and in any case within 1 day.
• Usage statistics collected by Google Analytics for Firebase are kept under its data retention settings and then deleted automatically.
• Daily totals for all players combined, such as the number of matches played, contain no personal data and are kept.

Your Google Play Games profile belongs to Google and is not affected. You can manage it in the Google Play Games app.
